How long after my purchase will my ad appear on the site? If space allows, your ad will usually appear on the site you purchased for within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. If there is no space available, it may be a few days longer until a space opens up.
Your ad time will not start until we put the ad on the site. So even if you order and it takes 2 days for the ad to appear on the site, you are NOT losing 2 days worth of ad time. TOP
How will I know if my banner ad is working? You should have a stats program on your site to track incoming visitors, etc. which will show how many visitors are coming from our site. We recommend using Google Analytics as it is the most comprehensive and accurate option available. It is MUCH more accurate than the Awstats provided by most web hosts, which shows more than what you are actually receiving, and free of adware like Stat Counter, Site Meter and the other options.
Our system also sends out weekly reports during your campaign showing number of impressions and clicks each day and for the week total, for each of the ad campaigns. TOP
How do I renew my ad? You will receive an email notification a few days before your ad is scheduled to be deactivated. If you would like to renew, you should come back to this site and purchase the ad time again. TOP
How do I get my banner moved up? Our Top Baby Boutiques site has multiple rows of ads and the top rows are very desirable spots. Ads are moved up as spaces open based on length of the campaign purchased and length of time being an advertiser.
Ads are not moved down, so please do not contact us to request that your ad be at the top or moved up, as we will not displace another advertiser to accommodate that request. As spaces open up, we automatically move ads up at our sole discretion. TOP
How do I keep my advertising spot? As long as you renew prior to your ad campaign being deactivated, you will keep your spot. If the ad is deactivated without renewal for more than 1 day, we will move another ad up to your spot and if you rewew, you will have to start back at the bottom. TOP
What is your refund policy? There are no refunds for advertising purchases. No exceptions. TOP |
